Follow the A87 to Portree. Take the turnoff (B883) on your right marked Braes about 7 miles north of Sligachan and is just before the narrow Glen Varrigal Bridge. Don't worry if you miss the first turning as there is a second one a mile further down the road, again to your right. Follow the B883.  Please turn left at the road sign for Gedintailor, Balmeanach and Peinchorran, which takes you by the shore.  Your satnav may want to take you up the hill at this road sign.  Ignore this as there are large potholes on this section of the B883.  Look for the red telephone kiosk and post box which is on your right. The house is the second one down from this landmark on your left hand side.
